Your journey with us begins with a comprehensive assessment. You can choose to have family members or carers present for the assessment. Once it is complete, we work with you to develop a program that will meet your health goals.
We come to your home as often as your treatment plan requires and can provide exercises to do between visits to help your mobility.
We bring all equipment with us and as far as possible, you see the same physiotherapist at each visit. If your therapist is unable to attend an appointment, we ensure that the replacement physiotherapist understands your treatment plan and you continue to receive the same high quality service.
As a holistic service, PhysioSafe's assessment includes your home and what equipment you might need to keep you mobile and as independent as possible for as long as possible. Where there is a need, we can recommend appropriate equipment for you at home and organise a trial of the equipment and help you with the purchase if required.
If you have a carer such as a family member, we will support them to assist you in your daily life to ensure your safety and theirs.
