 Our Team

Our two team leaders, Izza and Bhavini support a team of enthusiastic and experienced physiotherapists.

We are fortunate to have a loyal staff, most of whom have been with us for many years. We are proud of the professional relationships between our staff and team leaders and the relationships of trust that are formed between our clients and staff.

Where possible, the physiotherapist who undertakes your first assessment remains your physiotherapist for the duration of your treatment. All physiotherapists report to the team leaders who keep extensive notes so that If for some reason your therapist cannot attend an appointment, the replacement physiotherapist has a comprehensive understanding of your plan.

As well as being excellent clinicians, our physiotherapists are well versed in diversity and speak a broad range of languages. Excellent communication is an important part of our service; where possible, we will match you with a therapist who speaks your language.  Languages that are spoken by our staff include:

  • Greek

  • Italian

  • Malay

  • Hindi

  • Macedonian

  • Serbian

  • Mandarin

Bhavini, Team Leader

I love my job as team leader at PhysioSafe. In particular, I enjoy collaborating with and learning from my colleagues and clients. It is a privilege to hear about clients' lives and experiences and to help them meet their health goals. Having a variety of clients with a range of issues keeps my job interesting, I work with a range of different treatment options and I get to witness their improvements and put strategies in place to help clients maintain mobility. That is what makes my job worthwhile.

Izza, Team Leader

I love my job because I find working with older people very rewarding. I look forward to coming to work every day and I am motivated by helping people reach their goals. I love being a Team Leader because I sincerely enjoy working with this team of professionals. Everyone is very supportive and driven to provide the best client care.
